Wedding Cake Details
  • You can mix your cake & filling for each tier of the cake

  • The basic cake design can be tweeked to your specifications.

  • The 6" top tier is not counted in your servings total. This is your anniversary cake it should be carfully but well wrapped and frozen. Traditionally it is to be eaten on your 1 year anniversary, but it will taste best on your 1 month anniversary. You can always reorder a replica for your actual 1 year date. Remember to defrost in the refrigerator one day prior to use.

  • Cakes are normally iced with White buttercream, Ivory and other colors are available on request. Consdier that most cake decoration parts are white or clear when changing the frosting color.

  • The Strawberry filling is a pie type filling (whole strawberry in gel) to add stability to large cakes.

  • The cake does not include a ornamental top. You can provide this or have your florist provide a small arrangment for the top & base.

  • A delivery charge will be applied based on distance. (a charge will not be added with other Mario's orders)

  • You can use your cake as a dessert with the balance wrapped, or you can have the cake cut and wrapped for your guests to take home.

  • Most events having Mario's Catering providing the foodservice & labor will automatically include this cutting & wrapping in wax paper for no extra charge. Bags and Boxes with imprinting are also available for additional charges.
