The clubhouse is only open during scheduled rentals. To schedule an appointment contact the office location.

All renters must supply a copy of a current drivers license with a $250.00 deposit to hold a date. If you cancel a date only $125.00 of your deposit will be refunded to you.

Full payment must be made two weeks prior to your rental date.

The $250.00 deposit will be refunded if there are no damages to the facility or property after your event has taken place. The building supervisor will check the I.D. of the authorized renters. They will also be present for information during the event and they will check for damage to facility and grounds.

Mario's has a CAD Design Program that we use to create a precision floor plan for each event at this location. This program can also produce a virtual movie tour for each event showing you the room with doors, windows, table and chair locations as well as specfic linen colors. We also have many actual photo's on file.
